NBSC REINFORCES RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH 2026 EODB CELEBRATION
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) celebrated the 2026 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month through an activity held on May 25, 2026, at the NBSC Covered Court, carrying the theme, “Achieving Results through Transparency and Accountability: Towards a More Productive Bagong Pilipinas.” The event highlighted NBSC’s adherence to the standards and policies set by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) in promoting efficient and citizen-centered public service.
The program featured the audio-visual presentation of the official ARTA video for the 2026 EODB Month celebration, highlighting the importance of transparency, accountability, and streamlined government processes under Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
Mr. Benzar Glen S. Grepon, MIT, Supervising Administrative Officer and ARTA Focal Person, affirmed that NBSC remains fully compliant with ARTA requirements. To further strengthen awareness of the law, he facilitated an interactive “Family Feud” activity centered on key provisions and applications of Republic Act No. 11032, encouraging participants to better understand the value of efficient service delivery in government offices.
Mr. Aldwin Lester M. Martinez, Head of the Information and Communications Technology Management Office (ICTMO), introduced the proposed Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) integrated into the NBSC website. The platform aims to gather feedback on various frontline services and institutional processes, including transactions beyond those specifically identified under ARTA guidelines.

Through initiatives that promote accessible and responsive processes, the College continues to strengthen a culture of service that responds more effectively to the needs of its stakeholders.
